If you are not able to get the attention of your audience from the start, you will miss out on the connection and will affect your event and eventually people will feel bored.

By asking questions you get to know the way they think about a topic and their way of presenting themselves which not only helps the audience understand but also helps you understand the audience. When you understand your audience, you can easily alter your event modules or topics according to their interest and preferences.

People usually forget the information that you have provided them but what helps them remember the information provided by you always is by using High-Quality visuals. With the help of Visuals, you will create a long-lasting impact on your audience and will make them understand the topic properly. As we are living in the 21st century, We all are shifted from only listening to audio to high-quality visuals with that audio.
