• Motivation, Accountability, and Emotional Support:

Motivation, Accountability, and Emotional Support are one of the most important things that a person needs from time to time. While AI offers some features like setting notifications, timers, etc in order to keep the person motivated but it is not an accountable source to consider in comparison to a Human Coach which can motivate the individual regularly, and is accountable to the person to ask doubts related to anything, and will provide the emotional support which that individual needs.
