Story Crafting — with AManDeep Thind
A closed-group story facilitation

Everyone has a story.
Most people tell it wrong.

Story Crafting is a small-group facilitation where AManDeep Thind helps you dig out your real story, shape the words, and rehearse it live — until it's the one you actually mean to tell on stage.

"I've worked in this industry for 12 years and I'm passionate about helping people." this is a resume, not a story
"The year I almost quit was the year I learnt what I actually had to say."
“Find the universal punch line for your story — and make it personal.”

This isn't a workshop on public speaking techniques. It's 1:1 facilitation time with AManDeep, spent digging into the layers of your own life until you find the moment that actually carries weight — the one you've probably never thought to put on stage.

From there, the two of you build the language around it: how it opens, where it turns, and the line that lands after it's over. You leave with a story that's entirely yours, built to connect with the people you're actually speaking to.

What you walk away with

A story built specifically for you — not a template with your name on it.

01 — The dig

Deep-layer 1:1 time

Time with AManDeep spent tracing the actual layers of your life, not the highlight reel you'd normally lead with.

02 — The find

The hidden gem

The moment in your life you never thought was story-worthy, pulled out and reframed as the powerful centre of your talk.

03 — The build

Your handcrafted story

Not borrowed, not generic — a story shaped around your life, built to genuinely move the audience in front of you.

04 — The words

Languaging that lands

The exact phrasing that reaches past people's ears and hits something underneath — where stories actually do their work.

05 — The line

A punchline made personal

A universal truth, said in a way that could only have come from your life — the line people repeat back to you afterward.

06 — The room

Feedback, live and honest

You say it out loud in the room. AManDeep tells you, right then, what's landing and what still needs work.

How the room works

Three sittings, one story.

A closed group of 4–5 people. No audience beyond the room, no performing for strangers — just the people going through the same process, and AManDeep working on your story with you.

The room

You present, live

You get up and tell your story to the group — with slides or without. AManDeep works on it with you on the spot: what you're saying, how you're saying it, and what's actually connecting.

The rewrite

You take it away and rebuild

Every note from the room goes into a rewrite. You rehearse, tighten the weak spots, and prepare the version you'll actually stand behind.

3–4 weeks
The showcase

You deliver the final version

On showcase day, you present the story you've built. If anything still needs a last turn, you get that feedback here — then it's yours to use, wherever you speak next.

Why the group stays small

Five people, not fifty.

A group this size means your story gets real time in the room — not a two-minute slot between forty other people. Everyone gets seen, including you.

Master Facilitator, Story Crafting

AManDeep is an international public speaking coach and TEDx speaker who has spent over a decade helping people turn their expertise and experience into stories that actually move a room. He's trained on stages alongside names like Tony Robbins and Les Brown, and built his coaching around one idea: the story only works when it's genuinely yours. In Story Crafting, that same facilitation gets brought into a room of just 4–5 people — so the attention stays entirely on your story, not a curriculum.
